Questions people ask first
What happens when the 10 days are up?
If you haven’t subscribed, your site pauses: visitors see a short notice and you can still sign in to Billing. Your pages and files are kept, and subscribing brings the site back straight away.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You only add payment details when you subscribe, through Paddle’s secure checkout.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Every site starts on a sites.pendable.io address, and you can connect your own domain from Settings in your dashboard.
Who pays, and can I cancel?
The site owner pays, never your visitors. You can cancel at any time, and the site stays available until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What if I need more storage or traffic?
