Billing questions

Who subscribes, and who gets billed?

The site owner subscribes from Billing in the dashboard. Paddle handles checkout, tax, and invoices as our merchant of record. Your visitors never pay anything.

When do price changes apply?

From your next billing cycle. Adding a site partway through a month never creates a surprise charge.

What happens if I don’t subscribe after 10 days?

The site pauses: visitors see a short notice and you can still sign in to Billing. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing brings it back straight away.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Your site stays available until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See the Refund Policy.
